Services
Sets a high standard of excellence and integrity in the practice of hospital nutrition and dietetics through.
1.Provision of quality and optimal nutrition care and quality food service to patients, hospital personnel and other stakeholders
2.Provide diet counseling and nutrition education services to patients as well as in service training to both nutrition and dietetic personnel and other related field.
3.Conduct research and development along the field of nutrition and dietetics
4. Hospital Dietetic Practicum – a supervised practical application of principles and theories of future RNDs
5. Healthy Lifestyle Program– keeping fit, moving forward for promotion and protection of the health of its employees from non-communicable diseases. Physical activity of at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days.
6. Nutrition and Dietetics Work in Communities
-for promotion of good nutrition for the public through conduct of various nutrition programs such as nutrition education, cooking demonstrations and other necessary referral.
